Nancy Nardin of Smart Selling Tools has introduced an interesting concept called the 215 Principal. The basis of the principal is that there are only 215 selling days in a year - once you subtract weekends, meetings, travel, sick days, vacation, and other non-selling time.
“If you want to increase sales,” Nardin says, “you need to spend more of those 215 days in front of clients then you currently do today.”
Therefore, the most important thing a Smart Selling Tool can do for a rep, is to eliminate or reduce the amount of time needed for tasks that don’t directly result in revenue.

We have just released our latest productivity feature into LinkPoint Vue. We have been getting many requests to see if it would be possible to use documents stored in their CRM document library when composing or replying to emails. As one of our latest productivity features, we now allow users to attach any document from their CRM library to an email.
This will not only make sure their organization is sending out the latest documents, but allow them to expand their library of documents for their users to use.
